This NV Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir from Eden Valley offers an elegant expression of cool-climate fruit. It displays a fine, persistent bead and a pale straw color with a hint of blush. Vibrant aromas of lemon zest, green apple, white peach, almond blossom, and brioche hints fill the nose. Winemaking

Crafted from premium Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from our cool-climate vineyard in Eden Valley, this sparkling wine is a testament to balance and finesse. Using Charmat method, the base wines from 2023 and 2024 vintages were blended to create a fresh and vibrant wine. Secondary fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks, capturing fine bubbles and preserving the delicate aromatics of the fruit. The wine was bottled under pressure to retain its lively effervescence and crisp finish.

Winemaker's Notes

Eden Valley is renowned for producing some of the most beautifully intense sparkling wines, and this Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir is a standout example. Vibrant aromas of lemon zest, white peach, and brioche lead to a refined palate of ripe stone fruits, wild strawberries, and crisp acidity. Perfect for celebrations or pairing with fresh seafood.

Vintage Conditions

The 2023 vintage saw a vibrant growing season, with cooler temperatures ideal for whites, although hailstorms reduced yields. Despite this, the fruit quality remained high, with longer ripening enhancing flavour depth. The 2024 vintage benefited from ample rainfall and mild summer conditions, leading to healthy vines and balanced fruit. A cool February extended ripening, resulting in wines with exceptional depth and intensity.
