Winemaking Philosophy

Cellaring Recommendation

The Masterpiece wines are built to age. The Shiraz is at its best from five years and will continue to develop for 15 or more under ideal cellar conditions (12–14°C, dark, stable humidity). If you are opening a bottle young, decant for at least an hour to allow the wine to open up and reveal its full character.
