Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that the wines will not be damaged in transit. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control over delivery times and delivery handling. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us at email@example.com and we will try to assist you where we can.

Our preferred courier is Auspost, however, there may be circumstances where Auspost are over capacity causing delays in shipping and delivery, or if Auspost cannot service specific areas for what ever reason, in which case, we may choose to use an alternative courier that would be best suited to look after your specific requirements.
We do accept PO Box addresses.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order from our warehouse within the times nominated (10 business days) However, please understand that once your order leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control over delivery times and handling. Similarly, due to circumstances with couriers, delivery times may be longer than times expected.
