    Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

    When our team has processed your order, your order status will change to fulfilled and an email will be sent to you to confirm dispatch.

    We do not have a minimum order quantity, however any order below $150 will not be able to qualify for free shipping.

    Shipping & Returns

    Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that the wines will not be damaged in transit. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control over delivery times and delivery handling. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@millonwines.com.au and we will try to assist you where we can.

    Auspost

    Our preferred courier is Auspost, however, there may be circumstances where Auspost are over capacity causing delays in shipping and delivery, or if Auspost cannot service specific areas for what ever reason, in which case, we may choose to use an alternative courier that would be best suited to look after your specific requirements.

    We do accept PO Box addresses.

    We will endeavour to dispatch your order from our warehouse within the times nominated (10 business days) However, please understand that once your order leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control over delivery times and handling. Similarly, due to circumstances with couriers, delivery times may be longer than times expected.
