SHOP RANGE

  • The Reserve Shiraz

    This small parcel of Barossa Shiraz was handpicked, destemmed and crushed into one-tonne open top fermenter with 30% whole bunch clusters. The fruit was then held at 10 to 15 degrees for five days before being allowed to warm and start fermentation. After 20 days on skins and hand plunged daily, the wine was pressed to 100% new French oak puncheons where it matured for 18 months.

  • The Reserve Grenache

    This Reserve Grenache is a bright crimson with purple hues. On the nose, this wine evokes a beautiful blend of lifted florals, red fruits with a savoury spice. Raspberries and Pomegranate persist in this textural and complex wine. Finishing with fine, velvety tannins, leaving a lasting impression
