THE IMPRESSIONIST

Pale straw with just a hint of varietal blush. Lifted notes of pear, lychee, and hints of lemon zest. The palate displays ripe pears, lychee, and lime juice. This textual, perfumed wine finishes with crisp, refreshing acidity.

French oak maturation has imparted additional structure and backbone to this wine. Delicate green and gold in colour, this chardonnay displays aromas of ripe honey melon with notes of white peach and lemon rind. The palate has punchy stone, citrus fruits with underlying notes of cashews. This is an elegant bright style of Chardonnay that finishes with fresh zingy acidity.

With lifted aromas of rose petals, strawberries and a savoury spice, the palate is layered with luscious red cherries, strawberries and cream. A cooler, longer vintage has imparted lively natural acidity with a refreshingly crisp finish.

Bright red hues with enticing aromas of cherries and strawberry are complemented with a delicate hint of spice. This well-balanced, lighter bodied wine is complex on the palate with red fruit and cherries underscored by herbal and savoury elements, finishing with soft tannins.

Bright purple hues with lifted and punchy fruit aromatics of dark plums and mulberries are complemented by underlying notes of dried herbs and spice. The medium weight palate is layered with red berries and mulberries and finishes with bright fruit acidity and fine silky tannins

Deep red in colour with bright purple hues, it displays aromas of forest fruits and plum with gentle spices. The palate exhibits a great purity of fruit with fresh red berries, spice and mocha. This is a fine expression of Eden Valley Shiraz, with a balance of power and finesse.
