Reserve Shiraz

This small parcel of Eden Valley Shiraz was handpicked. The fruit was destemmed and crushed into one tonne open top fermenters with 30% whole bunch clusters. The fruit was then held at 10-15 degrees for five days before being allowed to warm and start fermentation. After 20 days on skins and hand plunged daily, the wines were pressed to 100% new French oak Puncheons, where they matured for 18 months. No fining or filtration was used on this wine.

Carefully nurtured from bud to bottle, these wines are handcrafted with passion and precision, resulting in a true reflection of region and variety. This Shiraz offer sophistication and complexity in flavour, while maintaining balance and elegance throughout.
