The Millon Wines cellar door on Murray Street in Tanunda is where estate-grown wines from three South Australian regions meet a food menu built to match them. Drop in for a guided tasting flight through the Millon and Brothers at War ranges, stay for small plates and handcrafted dim sum by Chef Jason Chan, or simply sit with a glass and take in the vines. Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday through Sunday — and on Friday and Saturday we're open until 8pm.

The Wines of Two Estates

Millon Wines and Brothers at War share this cellar door space — two Barossa estates, one winemaker, poured side by side. Taste through the Millon estate range of whites and reds from Eden Valley, Barossa Valley, and Clare Valley, alongside the Brothers at War collection. The guided tasting flight takes you through six Millon expressions, from cool-climate Eden Valley Riesling to full-bodied Barossa Shiraz. The $20 tasting fee is redeemable against the purchase of two or more bottles.

Food Designed to Pair

The cellar door menu goes well beyond the expected. Chef Jason Chan brings over 20 years of Cantonese kitchen experience to handcrafted dim sum — Noosa Black Garlic Prawn Har Gau, Singapore Chilli Spanner Crab dumplings, Xiao Long Bao, and more. Alongside the dim sum are share platters including the Winemaker's Platter for larger groups. It's a food offering that makes the Millon cellar door one of the more distinctive stops on any Barossa Valley wine tour or tasting itinerary.
