The Impressionist Pinot Grigio

Sourced from our cool, high elevation vineyard in Eden Valley, this fruit was picked and delivered to the winery in the cool of the night. Gently pressed, it was then cold settled for 48 hours before being racked off the lees. Fermented at cool temperatures with a small number of solids. The wine was fermented dry, slightly fined then filtered before bottling.

The 2025 vintage Pinot Grigio showcases elegance and purity, driven by a long, cool growing season in our Eden Valley vineyard. Pale straw with a subtle blush hue, it opens with lifted aromas of green apple, nashi pear, and lemon zest. The palate is finely textured with crisp acidity, a delicate mineral line, and vibrant citrus undertones. Stainless steel fermentation has preserved the wine’s freshness and aromatic clarity, while the vineyard’s elevated site has imparted a finesse and linearity that will appeal to lovers of cool-climate whites. A versatile wine, it pairs beautifully with fresh seafood, light salads, and seasonal produce.
