2014 The Roots 9 Shiraz

2014 The Roots 9 Shiraz

Region

Eden Valley, South Australia

Winemaking

The grapes for this Shiraz have been carefully selected and picked at optimum ripeness before being promptly transferred to tank for vinification for a period of 8 days on skins, during which time hand pump overs were applied twice daily to aid flavour and tannin development. After pressing, the wine was settled and racked before completing malolactic fermentation in conjunction with selected French and American oak.
