The textural palate offers luscious strawberry and red cherry notes with a hint of pink grapefruit accompanied by subtle minerality. A cooler vintage has imparted lively acidity, and the finish is refreshingly crisp.

    This Rosé displays lifted aromas of strawberry, watermelon and rose petals

    The textural palate offers luscious strawberry and red cherry notes with a hint of pink grapefruit accompanied by subtle minerality. A cooler vintage has imparted lively acidity and the finish is refreshingly crisp.

    Vintage & Winemaking

    This small parcel of Single Vineyard Eden Valley Rose was made from Pinot noir grapes. The fruit was pressed directly off skins within 2 hours of harvesting to achieve our desired colour. It was then cold and settled for 48 hours. Fermenting at cool temperatures with a small number of solids. The wine was fermented dry, filtered and bottled.
