Vintage & Winemaking

Sourced from our cool, high elevation vineyard in Eden Valley. This fruit was picked in the cool
of night then delivered to the winery where it was gently pressed. It was then cold settled for
48 hours before been racked. Fermented at cool temperature with a small parcel in French oak to
add complexity. Post fermentation the wine was lees stirred for 6 weeks then fined, filtered and
bottled.
